Caught Up in a Cycle of Weight Loss and Fitness Confusion

If you've been a member of a gym for quite a few years, you may have noticed countless others frustrated with their fat loss exercise programs and eating practices, working out so hard and long but with nearly no improvement to show for it.

Several others' or your own relatives and friends may have talked about this new plan or product they had just shelled out cash for that was going to be the answer to their weight loss and health goals.  They were so thrilled about it and couldn't wait to get started.

Then, several weeks soon after, you might see those same optimistic folks who were once so enthused about their new strategy to take off fat and get a slimmer body become downright discouraged.  It was hard to see.

If someone would ask them how their fat burning plan was working, they'd reveal that it seemed fairly good at first, but they didn't get the results they were expecting.  They quickly became tired of following the daily workouts and discovered that following the exacting eating guidelines was almost maddening at times.  So they switched over to the next program.

They became so discouraged with following these exercise trainers' routines, that they fell even further into detrimental eating routines as soon as they ceased using the plan.  Stuffing became their only form of satisfaction.  That's the wrong way away from maximum fat burning.

And even what's worse is that all of these people were following the typically suggested exercise and fad diets that were currently all the rage. They were doing what everyone else was attempting to do to try to lose fat fast.

But you know, you can almost not blame them, and you definitely shouldn't fault yourself if you yourself have fallen into the cycle of fad exercise and diet plans.   We all want to reach what we know in our hearts we're capable of so badly, and that's why we're such easy prey to this "get fit quick" outlook.

Most people are approaching fitness and health in the totally opposite way that they should, and they're not going to burn fat because of it.  If you continue to think of using exercise and nutrition as ways to take off a few pounds, or get in shape for a wedding or for summer, you're going to be dissatisfied with your outcome.

If you think of exercise, nutrition, and rest as unrelated things, you're going to be dissatisfied with your fat burning and fitness results.  If you think you must spend hours a week in the fitness center or follow some strange unnatural eating strategy, you're going to be disappointed with your results.

loved it and I agree with you, balance! exercise, eating well and one of the best points that I think you made that most people dont talk about is sleep. getting enough sleep is key to maintaing weight!
